What we do

Four ways we bring order to how your business runs

Most operational pain isn't a people problem — it's an undocumented, unexamined process problem. We fix that directly.

Process Mapping & Documentation

See exactly how work moves through your business today — every step, handoff, and decision point, laid out visually.

Workflow Redesign

We rebuild bottlenecked, ad-hoc processes into ones your team can actually follow — and that hold up as you scale.

SOP & Playbook Development

Tribal knowledge, written down. Clear standard operating procedures your team can run without you in the room.

Change Management & Training

Get your team bought in and trained on the new process — not just handed a binder and wished luck.

FAQ

Questions we hear before kickoff

A single Process Audit runs about two weeks. A full Optimization Sprint — redesign, documentation, and rollout — typically takes five to eight weeks, depending on how many processes are in scope.
Charleston is home base and where we do most in-person work, but we regularly run engagements remotely for companies across the Southeast. If your team is distributed, we adapt the process.
Most clients are 10–150 employees — established enough that ad-hoc processes are starting to break, but without a dedicated ops or process team in-house yet.
Every Optimization Sprint includes training and check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days to make sure the new process is actually sticking — not just sitting in a shared drive.
We're tool-agnostic and start with the process, not the software. If a tool change makes sense once the process is redesigned, we'll recommend it and help scope the switch — but we won't push a platform you don't need.
